If you are not comfortable using your credit card to order on the Internet, we invite you to order by mail.

To order by mail, please send us all of the information, including the design, the child's name, and the saying. And please be sure to include a daytime telephone number so that we can reach you in case we have questions. You may send check or money order or credit card information for payment. Checks must be in U.S. Dollars and must be made payable to McLagan Family Farm. Our address is:

Each lap desk costs $17.95. Be sure to add Shipping Charges: $7.95 for the first lap desk, and $1.00 for each additional desk.

Shipping

Our Shipping Charge in the continental U.S. is $7.95 for the first lap desk and $1.00 for each additional desk. Actual shipping charges are added for non-U.S. orders, which must be paid by credit card.

We fill orders as quickly as we can, often the same day, nearly always within 48 hours. If we cannot do this for some reason (design is temporarily out of stock), we will notify you.

We ship Priority Mail for U.S. orders. Once we get the order in the mail to you, delivery is usually in 2-3 days.

When you place an on-line order, you should receive your personalized lap desks within a week.

Terms and Conditions

• All prices on the web site are subject to change without notice.

• We accept Money Orders and Personal Checks as well as MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit cards. Orders paid by check must be mailed to us. Orders paid by credit card may be mailed, telephoned, emailed, or submitted on-line. Please do not send cash.

• In you order on-line, please provide an email address so that we can contact you in case we have questions about your order. If you send your order by mail, please include a daytime telephone number.

• Payment made by Check or Money Order must have the Maker's name on the check. Personal Checks are subject to a 7-10 day delay for processing. Returned Checks are subject to a $15.00 Service Charge.

Privacy Policy

We understand how important your privacy is to you, and you can trust us to keep your information confidential.

We do need some personal information about you to process your order. But we can promise you that we will not share any of your information with any other organizations. We do not sell or give our list of email addresses to other companies.

We will release account and other personal information when required to do so by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for safe on-line business transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read during transmission from you to us. In addition, we reveal only the last 5 digits of your credit card number when confirming an order.

In any case, on a secure server or not, credit card transactions you make through the McLagan Family Farm web-site are risk-free. In fact, under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges made to your credit card.
